I only did hard cycles because I was impatient and listened to the knuckles in the gym. My favorite was 6th time, 375 test, 600 primo and 300 deca for 13 weeks. That was actually pretty enjoyable, but more than necessary. Afterwards I took an extended break.ĥth was 500 test 300 deca for 15 weeks + 50drol ed for 7 weeks. My 4th was 400 test 200 tren 350 win (50ed) and it sucked and I stopped after 5 weeks. My 3rd cycle wad 600 test, 600 eq, 400 mast for 16 weeks + 25drol ed for 7 weeks and it was ok, but too much too soon. That's why the 2nd run was lower and longer. But I gained fast and people began to ask questions (military). Don't listen to the bro science or gym knuckles.
